I am beginning to plan a trip to somewhere in Central or South America. While I would love to drive through many countries I won’t have the time. So I am looking for 1 country to fly to. I will take my wife or 1 of my kids. It is possible I will take the whole family as well.
I am looking at Ecuador or Nicaragua currently. Any other ideas for trips to South or Central America?

I was impressed with the great stores such as Cabela’s as well as all the other great shopping and restaurants. Taking a trip to Texas, This is a HUGE Cabela’s. It is worth the stop if you are traveling in Texas.
