Family "vacation" (one night) to Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls. We had a meals-included package. The food was good, but too expensive if you didn’t have an inclusive package.

My family (7 of us) are going to West Palm Beach for a week for vacation. To keep within our budget, we will need to eat outside the resort at least once a day. Does anyone have any suggestions for affordable dining? Does anyone know if there is a grocery store or convenience store near the Breakers? I have a one-year old and I’m sure we’ll need extra baby supplies, too.

If you’re staying at the Breakers, then you won’t be staying in West Palm Beach. You’ll be staying in Palm Beach. I can assure you the difference between the two is like night and day.
There’s a Publix food store just around the corner from the Breakers. They can serve all of your grocery needs.
Affordable dining will not be found around the Breakers or anywhere else in Palm Beach. I suggest ordering food from the yellow pages and having it delivered, or driving off the island into West Palm Beach. Both Okeechobee Blvd and Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach have restaurants. Again, refer to the yellow pages for specifics.
