Reader Review of Westin Copley:
The Westin Copley hotel was great. We stayed in a Westin Copley junior suite with a great view of Boston and the Charles River. One thing to note is that it appeared that the Westin Copley hotel was in the process of replacing the mattresses during our visit. Our Westin Copley room had new mattresses on the last night of our stay. They are definitely much more “heavenly” than the old ones they had at the Westin Copley. The only real issue I encoutered was slow - and I mean s-l-o-w internet access during peak times.

Also, the location of Westin Copley is wonderful. The Westin Copley hotel is directly connected to Copley Place, which is full of many high-end shops. There’s a Starbucks on the Lobby level. Westin Copley Place is connected to the Prudential Center, another mall. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, you can get to Legal Sea Foods (2 locations- 1 in Coply, 1 in Prudential), Chili’s, Cheesecake Factory, Applebee’s, Au Bon Pain, a food court, and the California Pizza Kitchen without walking outside. There are many more within walking distance. Furthermore, there’s a Shaw’s grocery store within about a block of the hotel. The Boston Duck Tours depart from right in front of Shaw’s. The Copley T station is right across the street from the Westin Copley hotel.
